1) Before the First Player of the round (even if it's you) plays.

2) Absolutely, in case of "Parachuting Manual" however, your turn is moved after the last player. For example: Gionni, Pippo and Sgnappo are playing, in written order. After the previous round finishes, Pippo uses "Parachuting Manual" and Gionni plays "Air Pocket" - the new order of this round will be: Gionni (Invulnerable), Sgnappo, Pippo (because he used "Parachuting Manual")

3) Lay down the parachutist (the wooden pawn! :D) and stand it up again at the beginning of a new turn.

4) That if you don't roll a 4 on the dice (or you can use the "Big Pillow"), in the next turno who has the Condor has to roll the dice again.. Scary uh?! :D
